Why are detox pathways so important?

Detox pathways are the primary way to drain toxins out of our bodies.

If any of our drainage pathways fail to function at optimum levels, toxins will not exit the body. Instead, they will recirculate in your system and be reabsorbed by the body. This leads to stagnation. Over time, this stagnation will lead to chronic disease and symptoms of dysfunction.

Reasons why drainage may not function well:

  • Parasites physically clogging the bile ducts, liver, gallbladder, and lungs.
  • Imbalances in the microbiome in the gut like SIBO, SIFO, LIBO, etc.
  • Toxicants, environmental pollution, and food and cosmetic products
  • Biotoxins like MOLD, viruses, bacteria, etc.
  • Stress and trauma may block our drainage pathways as well

Which detox pathways do we have?

  • Lungs
  • Liver
  • Skin
  • Lymphatic system
  • Glymphatic system
  • Kidneys
  • Gastrointestinal tract

Symptoms that may indicate that your detox pathways are blocked:

  • Nausea
  • Bloating
  • Skin issues
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Mood disorders like depression, anxiety
  • Joint pain
  • Muscle pain
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Brain fog
  • Tingling/numbness
  • Food cravings
  • Itchiness all over your body
  • How to detox every organ in your body? Let me explain you!

WAYS TO HELP YOUR LUNGS:

Steam therapy

This therapy involves inhaling water vapor to open the airways and loosen mucus.
People with lung conditions may notice their symptoms worsening in cold or dry air. This climate can dry out the mucous membranes in the airways and restrict blood flow.

Conversely, steam adds warmth and moisture to the air, which may improve breathing and help loosen mucus inside the airways and lungs. Inhaling water vapor can provide immediate relief and help you breathe more easily.

In addition, humid saunas like Turkish baths can be effective and help to incorporate the heat to benefit the lymphatic system and skin.

WAYS TO HELP YOUR LIVER:

Castor oil packs:

Buy a bottle of castor oil of 1 liter or more quantity from a parapharmacy or herbalist.

In a glass container, soak a cloth in the castor oil. You can use a piece of a towel folded in 2 layers and cut the towel to the size of the area to be covered, in this case, the abdomen.

Heat water and fill a hot water bottle. You can use a thermal pad but there will be EMF so I prefer other methods.

Cover the bed or the place where you are going to do this practice with an old towel since the oil can drip and stain the surface where it is lying.

Lie down on the bed or sofa, wherever it is most comfortable for you.

Place the cloth soaked in castor oil on your liver and your abdomen, cover the cloth with transparent film, and on top of the film, the hot water bottle.

Stay quiet for 30 minutes, you can read, meditate or do whatever you feel is more relaxing for you.

Also, you can keep the soaked cloth with castor oil inside of a glass jar to reuse it the next day and change it once a week.

Supplements that can help:

TUDCA from cellcore, KLsupport from cellcore, Liver Nutrients from seeking health, Glutathione (better liposomal and sublingual), among others.

WAYS TO HELP YOUR SKIN:

Use natural cosmetics

Saunas:

You can do dry saunas, humid saunas, or infrared saunas.

Before using the sauna, hydrate yourself with at least 250ml of water with minerals. You can use CT minerals from cellcore, trace minerals, or electrolytes from seeking health (1/2 packet before sauna and 1/2 after sauna). You can prepare a half liter of water with these minerals to keep yourself hydrated during the sauna.

Thirty minutes before entering the sauna take your binders and glutathione if you have it in your treatment too ( sublingual and liposomal for better absorption).

If you want to, you can use castor oil on your abdomen in the sauna (it will be a sauna + castor oil pack at the same time).

Don’t push yourself too much. If you feel dizzy within 5 minutes, exit the sauna. You can go back in after you feel recovered. Whole-body saunas are more difficult to tolerate because your head is in the sauna too. Infrared saunas with your head out or blanket infrared saunas are better if you don’t tolerate heat so easily. 15-20min is enough.

When you go out of the sauna keep hydrating with minerals/electrolytes, at least half a liter of water or more.

Take binders again if your load of toxins is big and you tolerate them well.

Leave your sauna open and clean it after with a branch basic cleanser or another one always organic, or I mix water with oxygen peroxide 3%.

If you don’t have a sauna you can use your bathtub to sweat:

  • Prepare a ginger infusion
  • Heat the water and fill the bathtub, put 4 handfuls of Epsom salts and a few pieces of fresh ginger
  • Get in the bathtub and go sipping the infusion

Do it at least 3 days a week on alternate days, take the binder about 30 minutes before entering the bathtub
The first few days, make sure you don’t get dizzy or experience a blood pressure drop. When you first start with saunas, stick to 20-30 minutes.
Take the opportunity to play relaxing music and some candles or meditate

Exercise to sweat. Any kind of exercise that makes you sweat or if it’s more difficult for you, turn on a heater in a small room and exercise in there it will be like an inexpensive, hot yoga studio!

WAYS TO HELP YOUR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM:

  1. Dry Brushing: Buy a natural bristle body brush and stroke the body starting at the feet and moving the strokes upward toward the groins (lower body) and armpits (upper body)
  2. Gua Sha: It’s a dry brushing method for lymphatic drainage in your head
  3. Rebounding: Purchase a rebounder on Amazon and bounce on it for 3-7 minutes per day.
  4. Fascia and lymphatic massage: Go to a fascia massage specialist. When the fascia is blocked, it can cause the lymphatic system to stop moving
  5. Supplements like Lymphactive by Cellcore can help too.

WAYS TO HELP YOUR GLYMPHATIC SYSTEM:

  1. Deep restorative sleep:
Having a regular sleep schedule in a good environment is crucial for a correct glymphatic system.
  2. Meditation and relaxation techniques before going to bed. You can use guided meditation or just read a relaxing book. Stop watching TV or phones 2 hours before going to bed and use blue blocker glasses from sunset to sleep time.
  3. Exercise it’s crucial for lymphatic and glymphatic systems

WAYS TO HELP YOUR KIDNEYS:

Drink good quality of water, filter it with Berkey, AquaTru or another system and remember to remineralize your water especially if it’s a reverse osmosis system with mineral drops like Trace Minerals or CT minerals (cellcore) or Electrolytes (seeking health)
Supplements like KL support from Cellcore can help
Dandelion tea, green or white tea, ginger tea,or marshmallow tea can help your kidneys too.

WAYS TO HELP YOUR GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT:

  • Coffee enemas:

We will start by putting 1 tablespoon of organic natural coffee in 250ml of distilled water (double check the label) or filtered water, and boil for 3 minutes uncovered.

Infuse for 10 minutes, covering the pot.

Allow to cool down to body temperature, approx 36-36.5ºC, especially when it’s not too cold or too hot or you’ll burn yourself!

Lying on a bathtub or on the floor and using a colon irrigator (you can buy it at the pharmacy or Amazon) introduce the liquid through the anal canal.

It is recommended to retain the liquid for 7-10 minutes and then deposit it in the bath. You may need to work up to that length of time, which is fine.

When you have more practice you can increase to 3 tablespoons of coffee per 500ml of water.

Always do it in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you have never experienced a coffee enema my recommendation is to start with only distilled water or with chamomile tea. When you have the water boiled, put in a couple of sachets of organic chamomile infusion and let it rest, then you remove them and you will be ready to start! These types of enemas can help with anxiety and can be done at night.
