Hormone Imbalance Protocol

Hormones included and discussed in this course include estrogen, thyroid, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and DHEA. Remember, hormones are not root cause-they are the cause of a body out of balance. The main reasons people have hormonal dysfunction is chronic stealth infections, continued stress, industrial toxins and heavy metals. Follow this protocol to get your hormones balanced!

Overview

Hormone Imbalance can wreak havoc on both men and women. Hormones are an intricate symphony within the body and are very delicate. In the modern world, industrial toxins, heavy metals, and stealth pathogens like Epstein Barr virus or mold can swing the body into estrogen dominance, drain, and lower progesterone, decrease or increase testosterone and raise cortisol to flight or fight levels.

Most of us with hormone abnormalities are out of balance with our natural rhythms. In a world untainted by stress and chemicals, our hormones are released at different levels and times throughout the morning, day, and night (just like a symphony)! If our natural rhythms are skewed from the earth’s natural rhythm, or the Schumann’s resonance, our hormones can be released improperly.

Determining your hormonal root cause and finding the solution takes some work. Hopefully, with this protocol, you can learn to read the signs and symptoms, screen your own pathways and understand where to go next to heal.
