Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the platform. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can re-subscribe at any time by opting in again through the Site or applicable forms.

E-Commerce / Online Payment
We accept credit card payments for educational services through this Site. Paying for services over the Internet requires you to provide your personal identifying information and credit card information.

Automatic Subscription Renewals
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew on your renewal date unless you pause it. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on your renewal date until you pause. We will automatically charge you the rate for your plan on your renewal date until you pause.
If your payment method fails, your account will automatically be paused. You can edit your payment information and subscription at any time on your WellnessPlus Account page.
Refund Policy
All payments made to WellnessPlus by Dr. Jess, MD, are final.
Under special circumstances, if WellnessPlus by Dr. Jess MD owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue it after our billing department verifies the overpayment. Provided there are no other balances owed, we will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made your initial payment. Please contact us with any questions.
Lifetime Access / Pay Once Access Terms
“Lifetime access” or “pay once to unlock everything” refers to access for the operational lifespan of the WellnessPlus platform and its services. It does not guarantee perpetual access independent of the company’s existence, ownership, or continued operation.
If WellnessPlus ceases operations, enters bankruptcy, is dissolved, or discontinues the platform, access to all content, including videos, guides, and resources, may be terminated. In that event, WellnessPlus may provide a transition access period of up to 12 months from the date of service discontinuation, during which purchased content may remain available through the platform, subject to technical, legal, and financial limitations.
After that transition period, if reasonably feasible, WellnessPlus may email purchasers a link to download the videos and resources that were included with their purchase. Delivery of any download link is not guaranteed and remains subject to the company’s ability to access, host, transfer, and lawfully distribute the content at that time.
WellnessPlus is not obligated to maintain hosting, delivery systems, member dashboards, or platform access beyond its operational capacity. Users are responsible for ensuring their account email address remains current and for downloading any materials made available to them within any stated access or download period.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued in the event of business closure, service discontinuation, or loss of access due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Access to content may change, be updated, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
