Our modern lives give us plenty to worry about and very long to-do lists. Many of us are sleep deprived and work long hours. The habit of three meals a day is increasingly rare. These pressures produce exhaustion, and issues like memory loss, anxiety, insomnia, fear, and depression are increasing in prevalence. We are fatigued by our lifestyles.
Rest and sleep can help but there are other reasons for fatigue. In order to address your fatigue, you need to determine what is causing it to get the best results.
Mental fatigue
The main cause of mental fatigue is prolonged mental stress. Rest or sleep is not very effective to relieve this type of fatigue.
It needs holistic solutions of both body and mind to release the pressure or suppressed emotions. This is when a therapist can be helpful. You need to let go of the weight on your mind and let go of the anxiety it produces to eliminate mental fatigue and restore optimal health.
Brain fatigue
Brain fatigue is the result of long hours of focusing on something, which produces burnout.
